Delayed rejection

It’s the same old story… Some applicants can be safely declined after just a few seconds. But how can you make sure they don’t learn within just an hour of submitting their CV that they’re not even going to be invited for an interview? You don’t need to worry about that at all. Simply instruct your Teamio to ensure that declined applicants get a message informing them that they have not succeeded no sooner than after a couple of days have passed. As far as automatic rejections are concerned (e.g. resulting from questionnaires), you can also determine that the notifications do not reach their recipients at any unsociable hours, e.g. at weekends or on bank holidays.
