Jobote and social networks
Applicants recommended to you by third parties are worth their weight in gold. Jobote is a web application through which your colleagues, or even members of the public, can propose the best candidates with ease. Thanks to the reach of the social networks, your job offers will be viewed by tens of thousands. The application is already integrated within Teamio. You can see the current Jobote service fees here.
How does it work?
It’s simple. There are just three steps:
- You type an advertisement, quote a reward for the recommendation and your employees can share the job offer via social networks with a single click.
- It’s possible to view specifically who has recommended each of the applicants. Statistics of the number of views and percentage of participating employees can be displayed too.
- As a final step, whoever recommended your new colleague will receive the quoted reward.
